Nestle produces tasty water. We buy it at Costco for a good price. Nestle pays an amazing price for it. The unfortunate thing is that Nestle gets the water cheaper than those who live there. Even more unfortunate is that there is a drought in BC and water is being conserved however Nestle is still taking large amounts of the water supply and selling it elsewhere.
A deal is a deal so we are not saying anything about price but we do feel that ethically, Nestle should cut back on its usage just like everyone else in the province through the time of drought.
If you feel the same then you can let them know by signing the petition or writing the BC Government.
BC Nestle Water Petition
Even more powerful is to discuss on twitter with Nestle. Social media is powerful and may be even more so than a petition. Twitter would spread worldwide like the forest fires in BC.

If the planet could sue for damages, businesses would make very different decisions
This quite by Guinevere Orvis is why we have created this blog. It is important that companies making good decisions for Planet Earth get recognized for their efforts and the companies making bad decisions singled out. Maybe then they will change their decisions.
Here is how you can help:
1) If you know a company that is doing good or bad things let us know and we can create a page for them.
2) If a company is doing good or bad things and it is referenced in either a link, book, newspaper article etc then add it to the comments for the company listed.
3) Become a moderator and review the comments and add up the tallies at the top of the company pages.
As a starting point I found this article on the best 15 companies for the environment there is the counter article on the worst 15 companies for the environment. I will start by listing these companies as pages.
If you are interested in becoming a moderator or know a company that is missing please email chris.williams@techguilds.com and we will add it.
